Cybercriminals are using known AI tools like WormGPT and FraudGPT spreading on the darkweb to generate phishing emails and sites.
Hackers are finding ways to jailbreak ChatGPT itself to create better-targeted phishing messages.
The report found a 967% increase in credential phishing in late 2022, with most being text-based business email scams.

A U.S. judge largely dismissed an artist copyright lawsuit against AI art generators Stability AI, Midjourney, and DeviantArt. The judge ruled the complaint defective, as two artists didn't copyright works and similarities to originals weren't shown. (Full article here)
